The presentation of our products and goods in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order you are making a binding offer to us. The contract is concluded after you have agreed to our general terms and conditions (ticked the box) at the end of the order process, completed the payment process via one of our providers (PayPal, Credit card, Klarna or iDEAL) and this has been confirmed to us. You can also find further information on this in our terms and conditions.

You can redeem your voucher code directly in the shopping basket, where you can see a summary of your order. To redeem the voucher, enter your voucher code in the field provided. Then click on "REDEEM" and the system will automatically update the total amount of your order.

Please first check whether you have entered the code correctly. If the code is still not accepted, it may be that your voucher is linked to a minimum order value or has a limited validity period. Therefore, please check your minimum order value and the validity of your voucher. You may find information about this on your voucher. If all the details are correct and your voucher still does not work, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately not. You can only redeem a voucher during the order process, not afterwards. You are welcome to redeem this voucher with your next purchase.

Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Unfortunately, you cannot combine several vouchers or discount campaigns.

You will receive your invoice together with our terms and conditions, the order confirmation, information on the right of cancellation and the cancellation form (sample) by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. It may happen that this is classified as spam, so please also check your spam folder and check whether the storage volume of your mailbox has been exceeded. If you still cannot find an order confirmation, e.g. due to a typing error in the e-mail address during the order process, please check your customer account or contact us by e-mail at helpdesk@beyounic.eu.
