The shipping costs amount to a maximum of EUR 5.95 per order.

If you order several products, you will also only have to pay a maximum of 5.95 EUR.

Depending on the production location, we ship with different shipping service providers: DHL, GLS, DPD, UPS, Hermes or by traditional mail. Please note that we cannot fulfil individual requests regarding the shipping service provider. As soon as your consignment has been handed over to the service provider, you will receive a tracking number and the link to the respective shipping partner (not for classic postal dispatch).

The delivery time for your parcel is up to 8 working days. You can find out the exact delivery time for an item on the product page, in the shopping basket and in your order confirmation.

Only in a few exceptional cases will you have to wait a little longer for your products. This is then explicitly listed in the product text.

Please note: at times of high order volume, e.g. before Christmas or Mother's Day, there may be short delays in delivery. This is also due to the shipping service providers, which may have longer delivery times due to high shipping volumes.

Of course! As soon as we have handed over your parcel for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. As a rule, you simply have to click on the link and the delivery information will be displayed. Please note, however, that it sometimes takes between 2 and 8 hours after the dispatch confirmation for the route of your parcel to be displayed correctly. Alternatively, you can also enter the tracking number on the shipping partner's website. Here you can also enter alternative drop-off or delivery locations in case you are not at home.

Unfortunately, we can no longer change the delivery address for current orders after the order has been placed. If you would like delivery to a different address, the shipping partner's hotline will be able to help you.

For future orders, it is best to change your different delivery address directly in your customer account.

We always try to dispatch your order in as few consignments as possible. This is not a problem for single product orders. However, if you have ordered several different products, we may split the delivery for organisational or production-related reasons.

If your order has not been delivered to you as advised, you can first enquire with our shipping partner. Please use the tracking number sent to you. You can find information on the shipping partner hotlines here.

Alternatively, we will also be happy to help you and you can contact us by email at helpdesk@beyounic.eu or call our hotline.

Our shipping partner will usually leave you a message and make another delivery attempt. If you have not specified an alternative drop-off location, the driver will take the parcel back with them and usually drop it off at a nearby parcel station after the second delivery attempt, where you can collect it. You usually have 7 days to do this. Only then will the parcel be returned to us.

As we work with several shipping partners, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to packing stations.

If a damaged parcel has been delivered to you, we very much regret this. You can refuse to accept the parcel if it is very badly damaged. If you accept it anyway or if your parcel has been left with neighbours or at a packing station, please take a photo of the damaged packaging if possible and send it to us, stating the order number if the product has also been damaged. You do not need to return damaged products to us, as they have been manufactured just for you. We will get back to you as soon as possible after checking with production and dispatch.

For organisational and logistical reasons, it is unfortunately NOT possible to collect products or pay on site.

If your delivery is not complete, please contact our customer service. We will take care of your missing products immediately. Please note that your order may consist of several parcels.
