Ordering is very simple: select the desired product, personalise it using the editor, place it in the shopping basket and complete the order. You can choose whether you want to use an express checkout (without creating a customer account) or set up a customer account. Please note that our service is only available in some postcode areas. We will carry out a query for this before designing.
We will then ask you to enter the delivery address and select a payment option. Click on the "Order now for a fee" button to submit your order. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt from us, so please check your e-mail inbox (and spam folder if necessary).

You can change your products until you have completed the order process. Unfortunately, we can then no longer accept any changes, as the data is automatically transferred to production.

If you are logged in, you will find an overview of current or past orders under "My orders". Here you can view each individual order to obtain information about the product, the delivery address, the payment method, the order amount or the dispatch status.

The customer account serves to give you an overview of your orders. After logging in, you can call up all details of previous orders and manage your desired communication.

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. It may happen that this is classified as spam, so please also check your spam folder and check whether the storage volume of your mailbox has been exceeded. If you still cannot find an order confirmation, e.g. due to a typing error in the email address during the order process, please check your customer account or contact us by email at helpdesk@beyounic.eu

Many of the products you order from us are created according to your specifications and are clearly customised to your personal needs. In the case of such orders, you have no right of cancellation (see § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

With regard to all other products, we inform you in paragraph 6. Right of cancellation of our GTC about your right of cancellation as a consumer.
